These Terms of Service (“Agreement”) govern your access to and use of the website limewoo.com and related sub-domains (collectively, the “Site”), as well as the software, products, and services offered thereon (the “Services”).
The Site and Services are owned and operated by Bluest Orange LLC, a U.S.-based Wyoming-registered company (“Limewoo,” “we,” “our,” or “us”).
By using the Site or Services, you agree to this Agreement and to our Privacy Policy.

1. Eligibility & Authority

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to use the Services. If you access the Services on behalf of a business, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity.

2. Account & Contact Information

Certain Services may require an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to keep your credentials secure.
You are responsible for all activity under your account.
Notify Limewoo immediately of any unauthorized use.
By supplying an email or phone number, you consent to receive operational and billing-related notices.

3. Fees & Payment Terms

3.1 Subscription Plans

Pricing for Limewoo products and services is displayed on our website and may vary by product, license type, or term.
All fees are billed in advance and we reserve the right to modify our pricing and billing terms at any time, with reasonable notice provided via our website or email.

3.2 Billing & Refunds

All payments are billed in advance and processed through secure third-party platforms.
Refunds are available only under our 30-day money-back guarantee (see Section 5).
All fees are in USD; exchange-rate differences and transaction fees are your responsibility.

3.3 Taxes

Limewoo collects and remits sales tax, VAT, or GST where legally required. You are responsible for any additional local taxes or duties.

4. Subscription Renewal & Cancellation

Licenses automatically renew unless canceled before the renewal date.
You may cancel via your account dashboard or by contacting support.
Upon cancellation, access to updates and support ends at the conclusion of the paid term.

5. Refund Policy

If you are unsatisfied within 30 days of purchase, contact contact@limewoo.com for a full refund.
Refund requests after 30 days or for renewals are not eligible.
Limewoo reserves the right to decline refund requests that fall outside the stated guarantee period or where the product has been extensively used, abused, or where refunds are requested repeatedly.

6. License & Ownership

Limewoo WordPress plugins are licensed under the GNU General Public License v2.0 or later (https://www.gnu.org/licenses/gpl.html).
You receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the plugin in accordance with that license and this Agreement.
All other intellectual property rights remain with Bluest Orange LLC.

You may not redistribute, resell, or share license keys. Violations may result in termination without refund.

7. Intellectual Property

The Site, Services, and brand assets (including logos, graphics, and designs) are owned by Bluest Orange LLC and protected under U.S. and international law.
You may not use the Limewoo name or trademarks without written consent.

8. Confidentiality

During the course of providing enterprise services, Limewoo may receive access to confidential information (e.g., code, login credentials, or business details).
We agree to keep such information confidential and use it solely to deliver the agreed services.
This obligation survives termination of the project.

9. Data Protection & GDPR Compliance

Limewoo collects and processes minimal personal data (name, email, and billing details) solely for license management, support, and legal compliance.

9.1 Cookie Consent & Analytics

Cookie consent on limewoo.com is managed through Cookiebot by Usercentrics, ensuring compliance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the ePrivacy Directive. Visitors can review and adjust cookie preferences at any time via the Cookiebot banner.

9.2 Data Processing

Payment details are handled securely by third-party processors. Limewoo does not store or process credit card data.
We retain only the information necessary for support and legal obligations and delete inactive customer records upon request.

9.3 User Rights

EU and EEA residents may contact contact@limewoo.com to request data access, correction, or deletion in accordance with GDPR Articles 15–22.

10. Accessibility / WCAG Disclaimer

While Limewoo follows WordPress coding standards and strives for accessible design, we do not guarantee that our plugins fully meet Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 or successor standards.
Users are responsible for ensuring their own websites comply with applicable accessibility laws and regulations.

11. Support & Updates

Support and updates are provided for the duration of an active license term.
Enterprise customers receive priority support as outlined in their custom agreement.
Support covers issues directly related to Limewoo products. Support does not include troubleshooting issues caused by third-party plugins, themes, hosting environments, or custom code modifications.

12. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site, Services, and Software are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Limewoo disclaims all warranties including, but not limited to, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We do not guarantee that the Services will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Limewoo and Bluest Orange LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including loss of profits or data) arising from use of the Site or Services.
Our total liability shall not exceed the total fees paid by you to Limewoo in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Limewoo, Bluest Orange LLC, and their officers and employees from any claims or damages arising from your use of the Services or violation of this Agreement.

15. Enterprise Plan & Custom Work

Enterprise licenses include all standard plugin features plus white labeling, setup, and limited customization as agreed in writing.
Deliverables and pricing are determined on a case-by-case basis.
Enterprise services and custom development work are non-refundable once the agreed deliverables have been provided, unless otherwise stated in the project agreement.

16. Termination

Limewoo may suspend or terminate access to the Services for breach of this Agreement.
Upon termination, all licenses and rights to use the Software cease immediately.
We may retain transaction records as required by law.

17. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
Any dispute shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Wyoming, USA.

18. Force Majeure

Limewoo shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, internet or infrastructure outages, cyberattacks, labor disputes, governmental actions, or failures of third-party service providers.

19. Notices & Contact

Notices shall be sent by email to contact@limewoo.com or to the address provided by the customer at checkout.
All official correspondence will be conducted electronically unless otherwise required by law.

20. Miscellaneous

WordPress® is a registered trademark of the WordPress Foundation. Limewoo is not affiliated with or endorsed by the WordPress Foundation.
If any provision of this Agreement is found invalid, the remaining terms shall remain in full effect.
Failure to enforce any provision shall not constitute a waiver of our rights.
This Agreement represents the entire understanding between you and Limewoo regarding your use of the Site and Services.
